Participation in the STEMFest Volusia is at your own risk. Organizers, sponsors, exhibitors, performers, speakers, and volunteers cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury or other liability resulting from your, your child’s or student’s participation at STEMFest Volusia. Activities at the STEMFest Volusia may be filmed or photographed for educational or public relations purposes. By attending STEMFest Volusia, attendees authorize organizers to use their, their child’s or student’s photograph, image or video for such purposes, unless specifically requested to not use. By attending the STEMFest Volusia, students have obtained permission from their guardian to participate in the STEMFest Volusia . DME, DME Stadium, Volusia County Schools, City of Daytona Beach or any of its agents or affiliates cannot be held liable for sponsor, exhibitor, performer or speaker content.
